The White King from 'Through the Looking Glass'
This was a task in 7th form Photography where we had to replicate the style and a specific shot of an established photographer. I chose Abelardo Morell, who did some wonderful surreal 'Alice in Wonderland' stuff which you can see here: [link] and based my piece on his work called 'Curiouser and Curiouser'. It was the lead up assignment to some of the 'Through the Looking Glass' photos already in my gallery. This piece was exhibited at the time in my old high school's art show. |
